Pricing Policy

Pricing for our products and services is performed on a customer-by-customer basis prior to the commencement of any consulting services. Your pricing will be governed by price estimates, invoices and mutual agreed basic engagement documents or other similar engagement contracts negotiated prior to any work being performed.

Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds for our products or services. However, for our Open-Enrollment classes cancellations are 100% refundable if made 30 or more days prior to the start of the course. Cancellations made less than 30 days or no-shows are non-refundable. All seats are fully transferable within the same organization. We ask that you notify us of replacement attendees so our records and notifications are updated properly.
